Honourable Harrison Adeyemi
The governorship candidate of African Action Congress (AAC), Honourable Harrison Adeyemi on Friday, declared that the only means through which the people of Ogun State can genuinely secure their future, as well as that if their children is to vote his party into power come year 2023 guber election in the state.
Harrison, emphatically stated that AAC remains the credible political party that can guarantee the future of residents of the state without any form of deceit.
The former member of the Ogun State House of Assembly (OGHA) made the declaration while speaking at the palace of the Ojotumoro of Abigi, Oba Olusegun Ogunye during the fifth year coronation anniversary of the monarch.
Emphasizing that the both the rulling All Progressives Congress (APC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have failed woefully at allowing dividends of democracy troop down to the grassroot, Adeyemi urged the Ogun electorates to embrace new opportunity which AAC is offering the state and vote him to become the next governor of the state.
He particularly implored the people of the Gateway State to resist every temptations that can make them vote for those who have betrayed the trust reposed in them through their votes in the past.
He insisted that APC and PDP have proven to the people of the state that they are political parties that are not worth being given any other opportunity, hence the need for them to embrace AAC.
He further assured the enthusiastic crowd that trooped out to welcome him that Ogun State under him will take people's welfare first, and well as securing the lives and properties of the citizens through joint security system if voted in to become the next governor of the state come year 2023.
He berated the APC led federal government for not being able to find permanent solution to the ongoing ASUU strike which has kept the Nigerian youths off campus for over the past six months.
